PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having soft feeling in use on application, not becoming powdery at immediately after the application, and maintaining finish without getting dull even after passing a long time.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic includes (A) an organopolysiloxane obtained by bonding the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) segments comprising a repeat unit expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, Ris H or 1-3C alkyl; and t is 2 or 3] with at least 2 silicon atoms in the organopolysiloxane segments constituting its main chain through an alkylene including a hetero atom, (B) a synthetic phlogopite and/or a synthetic phlogopite containing iron, and (C) flaky zinc oxide, and has (A)/(B)=0.001 to 10 mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B). |
