PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring method and a stirring device, allowing an efficient and low-cost stir.SOLUTION: In a stirring method, a rotor 10 is rotated inside an object to be stirred with a rotational axis C as the center. The rotor 10 includes: suction ports 12 formed in the surface of the rotor 10; discharge ports 14 formed in positions on the outer sides in the centrifugal direction from the rotational axis C rather than the suction ports 12 in the surface of the rotor 10; and flowing-through passages 16 each connecting the suction port 12 and the discharge port 14. The stirring method includes: a drive period wherein the rotor 10 is rotationally driven during a stir; and a non-drive period wherein the rotor 10 is not rotationally driven during the stir. |
