PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric substrate connecting structure of a portable apparatus capable of suppressing unnecessary electromagnetic secondary radiation while ensuring impact resistance, and having high flexibility in design.SOLUTION: An electric substrate connecting structure of a portable apparatus includes: a front cover unit 2; earth members 13 and 14 electrically connected to a reference electrical potential; an electric substrate 11 generating electromagnetic waves, and mounted with a memory, a CPU and the like; a damper 24 disposed on the electric substrate 11; a damper retainer 25 with conductivity, holding the electric substrate 11 and the damper 24 together with the earth members 13 and 14, and having a contact piece portion 25b in electrical contact with the earth members 13 and 14; and a screw 21 in electrical contact with the damper retainer 25, penetrating the damper retainer 25, the damper 24, the electric substrate 11, and the earth members 13 and 14 to be screwed with the front cover unit 2, and compressing the damper 24 through the damper retainer 25. |
