PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device which reduces display irregularity entailed by uneven distribution of ionic impurities in a liquid crystal layer, and an electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid crystal device including a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer that is interposed between and supported by the first substrate and the second substrate, and a protrusion portion 17 that is provided on the first substrate and protrudes toward the liquid crystal layer. A spacing W between ends of a plurality of pixel electrodes 15 and an end of the protrusion portion 17 is greater than a height h of the protrusion portion 17. |
