PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device that facilitates a user to recognize sound of guidance, even under difficult conditions for the user to listen to the sound of guidance, and to provide a hot water supply system with the same.SOLUTION: A remote control device (12) includes: a speaker 23 capable of generating sound of guidance to a user; a condition determination means for determining whether the user is in the condition that is easy to listen to the sound of guidance or not; and a control means for controlling the sound of guidance generated from the speaker 23 so as to be increased in the number of occurrence or the duration, in comparison with a case determined that it is the easy condition for the user to listen to the sound of guidance, when it is determined that it is the difficult condition for the user to listen to the sound of guidance. |
