<p>A waterproof structure capable of securing sealing performance of a case and reducing the thickness of the case is provided. The waterproof structure has: a case (10), said case (10) having one open surface, that has a frame-like wall section (11) and an opening part (12) formed in the wall section (11); a cover (20) that is joined to the case (10) so as to close the open surface of case (10); a packing member (30) that is formed into a frame-like shape along the wall section (11), has a hole section that is formed in a thick section (31), which faces the opening part (12), so as to connect to the opening part (12), and seals the inside of the case (10) with the inside being compressed between the case (10) and the cover (20); and a jack (40) that is housed inside the case (10) while placed in tight contact with the inner circumferential surface of the hole section. The upper part of the thick section (31) of the packing member (30) in contact with the cover (20) is formed planar.</p> |
