PURPOSE: A nano cylinder vacuum box is provided to implement a case for storing large-sized fine members and prevent oxidation and contamination of the fine members by a gas injecting/discharging device equipped in the case. CONSTITUTION: A case body(220) is formed by flat plates and has a nano cylinder disposed inside(100) thereof. A case cover(210) has an opening at a side, and is disposed at the top of the case body. A shock absorber member(260) is disposed between the nano cylinder and the case body to absorb vibrations and impacts. A gas in/out member performs one or more of injecting clean gas into or discharging impure gas from the case body when the case body is coupled to the case cover. A fastening member fastens the case cover to the case body. A support member is disposed at the inner top of the case cover for supporting the space between the case body and the case cover. A vacuum gauge(270) is disposed at a side of the outer lateral surface of the case cover for measuring vacuum inside of the case. A hydrometer(280) is disposed at the other side of the outer lateral surface of the case cover for measuring the density of a liquid inside of the case. |
