The device has a first device part (2) provided with a first housing, and a second device part (1) provided with a second housing. A mechanical coupling device releasably mechanically connects the second device part to the first device part. A connection device releasably electrical-conductively connects an ECG measuring- and memory module with an energy storage device i.e. battery. Electrodes (3) are mechanically linked to the first or second device part and adhered on a skin surface of a person. The electrodes are electrical conductively connectable with the module.
