Disclosed is a rotation axis for ship propulsion and a propulsion apparatus including the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a pivot for ship propulsion is mounted with a pivot rear propeller, and a front propeller which reversely rotates to the rear propeller. The rotation axis for ship propulsion comprises a first axis unit which is formed at the rear end of a rotation axis and has a smaller diameter than the bore of a first bearing which supports the front propeller to the rotation axis to be able to rotate; a rear propeller fixing unit which is formed at the rear end in the stern direction of the first axis unit; a first taper unit which is extended toward the stern direction from the first axis unit with a growing diameter; and a second axis unit which is extended from the first taper unit, has a diameter corresponding to the bore of the first bearing, and fixes the first bearing.
