Hot Donut Hair Bun

A reusable self�heating hair styling device 5 contains a fluid which produces heat as a result of an exothermic crystallisation reaction. The fluid may be a super coolable fluid such as a super saturated sodium acetate solution. The reaction may be activated using a metal clicker 1 which initiates nucleation when it is bent or squeezed. The device may be doughnut shaped. When used the device 5 provides a first hairstyle in the form of a bun with the doughnut in place in the hair, and a second hairstyle in the form of curls when the doughnut is removed from the hair. The doughnut may comprise several doughnut shaped elements (7, fig.2) which can be used together to increase the thickness of the resulting hair bun. The device 5 is re-useable when crystallised through boiling or the like.
