<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a metal oxide to an electrolyte membrane in a predetermined treatment by impregnating a metal alkoxide solution uniformly into the electrolyte membrane even if reactivity of the metal alkoxide is high against the electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: When the metal oxide is added to an electrolyte membrane, the electrolyte membrane gets an alkaline treatment (S1) before the electrolyte membrane is impregnated in a metal alkoxide solution, and the electrolyte membrane is swollen in alcohol and after an alcohol solution of the metal alkoxide is impregnated into the electrolyte membrane (S2, S3), the alcohol content in the electrolyte membrane is dried (S4), and an acid treatment (S5)is carried out and hydrolysis is performed, and lastly, dehydration condensation (S6) is carried out aganist the electrolyte membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
