Ophthalmological composition comprises (a) at least one omega -3-fatty acid and/or its derivative consisting of esters, mono-, di-or triglycerides, lipids, oxygenation products, carboxylate salts, amides and/or other carboxylic acid derivatives and (b) at least one glucosaminoglucan. An independent claim is included for a fluid dispenser for a sterile fluid, comprising (a) a passageway, which connects an inlet opening for a fluid contained in a reservoir of flexible material and an outlet opening for discharging the fluid and comprises at least one oligodynamically active substance in contact with the fluid, (b) a metering pump that operates without air pressure compensation and comprises an inlet valve for closing the inlet opening, where the inlet valve comprises a material interacted with the fluid via the oligodynamically active substance, and (c) a spring device, which is in contact with the fluid, where the inlet valve and the spring device comprise a stainless steel material as the oligodynamically active substance, and a decontamination device that is provided in an upper part of an exhaust passage, where the decontamination device comprises the material consisting of silver, silver salts, other silver compounds, alloys and/or nanomers in either metallic or salt form or as a chemical compound, and the fluid contained in the reservoir comprises the ophthalmic composition.
