PURPOSE: A forming method of thin films and a coated product are provided to protect product surface and to improve appearance quality by environmentally friendly and economically forming thin films with high surface polishing and surface leveling properties. CONSTITUTION: A film (4) formation method comprises the following steps: forming a laminate (10) in which solventless ultraviolet-curable paint composition (2) layers and base films (3) are successively laminated on one side of a coated product (1); curing the paint composition layer by radiating ultraviolet ray on the paint composition layer through the base film; and separating the base film from the laminate. |
