The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization, containing extracts among an fermented Persicae semen extract, a fermented pumpkin seed extract, an Artemisia princeps Pamp extract, and a mixture thereof as active ingredients. The cosmetic composition for skin moisturization of the present invention enhances water retention capacity in stratum corneum and treats dry and cracked skin.
