<p>The laminate edging tool comprises a means to trimming laminate bevel edges on worktops or other laminate boards that have a thin laminate applied to them such a kitchen worktops or work surfaces. The edging tool comprises of a blade ( 1 or 3) situated at an angle so the tip of the blade is in perfect alignment to the top of the laminate product or worktop so when drawn backwards or forwards the blade will score the laminate to be trimmed in line with the adjacent edge. The process is repeated until the laminate edge to be trimmed, is cut through completely. The other side of the blade is situated so the exposed end of the blade is at 45 degree angle. When applied to the edge of the laminate that has already been trimmed it will marry the two pieces of laminate at a perfect 45 degree angle when drawn backwards. This process can be repeated until the edges are perfectly married together.</p> |
