PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrombus suction catheter capable of easily guiding the distal end part of a thrombus acquisition catheter 10 to a target blood vessel narrowed part and recovering a thrombus acquisition member. SOLUTION: The thrombus suction catheter assembly includes an outer side shaft 11 and an inner side shaft 12 housed inside the outer side shaft 11 so as to be projected and withdrawn in an axial direction at the distal end of the outer side shaft 11, and the inner side shaft 12 is provided with a thrombus suction lumen 13 and a guide wire lumen 14 at least on the distal end.
