PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an ice-making completion temperature by one selector switch. SOLUTION: This ice-making machine 10 includes: the selector switch which can be switched in operation to a plurality of set positions and in which the ice-making completion temperature corresponding to each of a plurality of temperature ranges is allocated to each of the set positions; and a temperature detection means 44 for detecting the temperature of an ice-making chamber 12 for performing ice during ice-making operation. The ice-making machine 10 further includes: a time measuring means for delaying the determination of a temperature range until a lapse of a set time during the ice-making operation; a selection means for selecting the temperature range based on a detection temperature of the ice-making chamber 12 detected by the temperature detection means 44 at timing at which the set time is counted; and a determination means for determining the completion of ice-making based on the ice-making completion temperature corresponding to the set position of the selector switch in the temperature range selected by the selection means.
