<p>A power control device for a light emitting diode (LED) lamp according to the present invention comprises an AC filter unit, an AC/DC conversion unit, and a current control unit. The power control device for the LED lamp comprises a voltage control unit, a voltage charging unit, and a smooth unit. The voltage control unit minutely controls voltage to coincide an alternating current applied to the AC filter unit with suitable load capacity of the LED lamp. The voltage control unit comprises a plurality of condensers (C1,C2) formed in an input line connected to a fuse of the AC filter unit (FUSE1) in a row and a resister and capacitor (RC) circuit comprising resistance (R1) for discharging the condensers (C1,C2) and formed in the input line connected to the fuse in series. The voltage charging unit charges the alternating current applied in the voltage control unit by being formed between the AC/DC conversion unit and the voltage control unit and comprises resistance (R3) formed with a power line in the row by being formed on the rear side of a condenser (C3) and the condenser (C3) formed in the power line in the row. The smooth unit controls a direct current level of the power inputted in a current control unit by being formed in between the current control unit and the LED lamp and is formed with the condenser (C4) formed in the power line in the row. The prevent invention supplies the power to the LED lamp in a high voltage and prevents the LED lamp from being minutely turned on regardless of lighting voltage of the LED lamp by bypassing the high voltage which is more than a predetermined voltage and charging a low voltage current with the voltage charging unit.</p> |
