An electric dust collector for pure oxygen combustion according to the present invention is an electric dust collector for pure oxygen combustion for removing dust within exhaust in a pure oxygen combustion electric power system, wherein the electric dust collector for pure oxygen combustion is characterized in comprising: a chamber having a hooper discharging dust collected in the lower side and a dust outlet formed thereon; a discharger arranged in the inner side of chamber and a dust collecting plate; a high frequency/high voltage-generating apparatus approving high voltage in the entire chamber; and a rapping apparatus, wherein the chamber comprises a insulation layer surrounding the outside the chamber and including an insulating material and a thermal breaker. Moreover, the electric dust collector for pure oxygen combustion is characterized by approving high voltage in comparison with the existing air combustion dust collectors, and manufacturing a dust collecting area smaller than the existing electric dust collectors because the dust collection area decreases as much as the square of the voltage increases. The high frequency/high voltage-generating apparatus is characterized by including a transformer which approves higher voltage than the existing pure oxygen electric dust collectors.
