The present invention relates to a roasting plate for roasting meat and the like. The roasting plate includes a body contacting meat. The body includes one selected from either copper alloy or SUS with thickness of 0.4-0.8 mm. The body is formed with a bent part which is swollen upwards at 110-170 degrees. Long grooves connect to a central support formed on the swollen curvature part of the body and are radially arranged from the inside to the outside. A slot hole is formed on the edge part of the body and connects to the long groove. |
