The present invention relates to a system for receiving information about a case, and provided is a system for receiving information about a case which is capable of matching an informant with an information requester in real time when a case or an accident occurs and matching an expert with the information requester in real time in case the information requester related to a case or an accident requires expertise like knowledge of law. For this, disclosed is a system for receiving information about a case comprising: a DB server for storing a case record by making a database with the case record including contact information of an informant, who reports about a case or an accident when the case or the accident occurs, a category of the case or the accident, and case or accident occurring area and time; a retrieval server, connected to the DB server through communications, for providing a retrieving function to retrieve a history corresponding to a specific keyword from content of the case record stored in the DB server; an information requester terminal, connected to the retrieval server and the DB server through communications, for retrieving the history corresponding to the specific keyword using the retrieving function of the retrieval server; an informant terminal, connected to the retrieval server and the DB server, for storing the case record in the DB server through the retrieval server; and an expert terminal, connected to the retrieval server through communications, for receiving connection information to connect to the information requester terminal in the retrieval server; wherein the retrieval server outputs the connection information to the expert terminal when the information requester terminal requests consultation with an expert.
