The present invention relates to a diaphragm for a speaker which is integrally formed with the central part of a crystalline structure and the edge part of a non-crystalline structure by using a polymer film which includes the crystalline structure and the non-crystalline structure. The diaphragm for the speaker includes the polymer film which is integrated with the central part and the edge part. A polymer film area (a first film area) which corresponds to the central part is formed with the crystalline structure. A polymer film area (a second film area) which corresponds to the edge part is formed with the non-crystalline structure. Thereby, the diaphragm for the speaker reproduces a sound with high quality by making the stiffness of the central part and the edge part different, improves quality, and reduces a defective rate like a manufacturing variation by integrating the central part with the edge part without an adhesive part.
