The present invention relates to an evaluation tool and evaluation method for the quality of a detailed clinical model (DCM), and a method for developing the evaluation tool. The present invention enables objective evaluation of the quality of the DCM, thereby providing qualitative and quantitative quality requirements, which are prerequisite for the DCM, for a developer and providing a result of quantitative evaluation of the DCM for a user; and also, enables the DCM developer to develop a DCM conforming to a standard and provides an objective basis for an evaluation of the quality of the DCM for a user, thereby improving the reliability of the DCM.
