FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in making single-piece parts including bulky part and long part 3. Proposed device comprises female die composed of at least two half-dies 4a, 4b. Said female die has material feed opening 5 and cavity 6 shaped to said bulky part. At least, one half-die has opening 7 to extrude long part 3. Device incorporates female die feed container 9 to open into material feed opening 5. To extrude the material from container 9 into female die from opening 7, compaction piston 11 is used. Said material is compacted and fed in opening 5 by first pressure for deform the material and fill female die therewith. Then, said material is compressed by second pressure, higher than said first one.
