<p>The method involves sending (13) data collection order (m) with a start location (A) and a stop location (B) from a toll center (10) to a group of onboard units (2) through a mobile network (9). The recording of their own positions or data derived from radio communication with dedicated short range communication radio beacons is started when a particular position (p-1 to p-i) reaches in a predetermined proximity to the start location. The recording and sending (14) of the recordings (rc-ab,k) are stopped when the particular position reaches in the predetermined proximity to the stop location. The received recordings are compared (16) with the toll transactions (ta-ab,k) collected from the onboard-units based on the positions, which lie between the start and stop locations. The capacity measurement (P-x) of the road toll system (1) is calculated based on the comparison.</p> |
