The present invention relates to a mat which has bumper blocks for preventing safety accidents caused when infants or children are out of a mat member unfolded on a floor and prevents secondary safety accidents caused when the foot of the infants or the children is caught in the space formed between the bumper blocks and the mat member by using additional connecting units for securely maintaining the structure of the bumper blocks. The mat having the bumper blocks according to the present invention comprises: the mat member which is foldable in multiple stages; and the bumper blocks which surround the edges of the mat member to prevent a user from being out of the space formed by the bumper blocks and the mat member. The connecting units are selectively formed on the inner corners of the bumper blocks surrounding the mat member to stick the edges of the mat member to the inner walls of the bumper blocks. |
