A zipper (Z) is installed on both end parts of a health band body (110) to allow a wearer to wear a health band (100) on the waist and abdomen of the wearer. An expansion and contraction control part (120) is installed on the upper end to the lower part from the upper part inside both ends of the health band body (110) to allow expansion and contraction according to the size of the waist of the wearer. Reinforcing ribs (130) are sewn to the inside of the health band body (110) to maintain the shape of the health band body (110). A first length control part (140) is installed on both sides of the upper part of the health band body (110) and a second length control part (150) is installed on both sides of the lower part of the health band body (110). The upper part of the health band body (110) contacts the abdomen of the wearer by controlling the first length control part (140) and the lower part of the health band body (110) contacts the waste of the wearer by controlling the second length control part (150). An underwear connection part (160) for improving wearing sensation by connecting underwear (200) is installed on both sides of the health band body (110). |
