The present invention allows an underground distribution line to be inserted inside an underground distributer through a fixing bracket before an underground duct and a grab guide means are engaged by a grab engagement means and makes an underground line grab part contract to hold the underground distribution line tight, thereby fixing the underground distribution line after the engagement. By doing so, the underground distribution line is inserted to fit in the underground distributer through the fixing bracket regardless of the length without drooping or being tangled outside the underground distributer, thereby maximizing the utilization of space, and a gap in the connection part is blocked and safe accidents due to a short circuit can be prevented by applying an assembly method in the fixing bracket. |
