PURPOSE: A window or door frame is provided to avoid a nonmetallic frame from being damaged by equipping a space in a joint part in thermal expansion due to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A window or door frame comprises the following steps: forming an outer joint end(13) continuously formed with a first protrusion(11) and a first protrusion groove(12) on the inner side of a metallic outdoor frame(10); forming an inner joint end(23) with a second protrusion(21) and a second protrusion groove(22) to be inserted into the outer joint end on the outer side of a synthetic resin indoor frame(20); forming a space by separately joining the first protrusion with second protrusion groove and the first protrusion groove with the second protrusion; and joining the outer joint end with the inner joint end for lengthily cutting to equip the indoor frame with a welding length to thermally weld. |
