FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to turbo machine flow section seals operated at higher temperatures and high-frequency oscillations. Proposed composite component comprises seal unit composed of a prism of conformable powder particles glued together and secured inside metal box-like housing exposed on seal working side and sidewalls extending above seal surface. Seal unit is secured inside said box-like metal housing by welding. Said seal unit is composed of the prism with trapezoidal or rectangular cross-section with lateral thrust ledges in contact with said sidewalls to allow uniform distribution of solder in clearance between seal unit and seal unit housing.EFFECT: high conformability, wear resistance and mechanical strength.19 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
