The present invention relates to an extraction apparatus of fermented coffee using purified magnetized water of the room temperature, and, more specifically, to an improved extraction apparatus of fermented coffee using purified magnetized water of the room temperature so as to prolong the valid date by preventing foreign substances and bacteria reproduction while maintaining the intrinsic taste and flavor of fermented coffee by transforming pure water of the room temperature into magnetized water and extracting aged and fermented coffee with the magnetized water. As an embodiment for achieving the purpose of the present invention, provided is an extraction apparatus of fermented coffee using purified magnetized water of the room temperature which enables to feel the intrinsic coffee flavor by extracting coffee with hot water, and adopts the method of extracting coffee by spraying purified and antibacterial-treated water over the whole coffee powder in a mist form, which makes the coffee extract hardly spoiled and enables the coffee extract to be preserved for a long time. Also, the present invention is able to provide an extraction apparatus of fermented coffee using purified magnetized water of the room temperature for extracting coffee using purified magnetized water (hexagonal water), enabling to show the fermented properties by introducing an aging process to make the coffee easy to drink, and increasing the purification function due to an excellent absorption. |
