A toy car racing device according to the present invention includes: a track including a rail having a pair of electric current supply lines; a car being driven by power which is generated when the same is electrically earthed to the electric current supply lines on the track; and a generator comprising a main body and a rotor rotating on the center of the main body, and supplying electric power to the track, wherein the electric power is generated by the rotating speed of the rotor. The present invention allows a user to control the speed of the car by directly turning the controller with a hand, thereby gaining an effect for freely controlling the speed of the car. |
