The invention relates to an energy accumulator comprising a drive shaft which can be continuously wound up and a driven shaft which can be tripped abruptly, between which a leg spring is arranged. Said energy accumulator also comprises a peripheral, fixed locking ring with locks, which stops the driven shaft by means of a pawl which engages with one of the locks in accordance with the switching position. A drive wheel is arranged on the drive shaft and is fixed thereto, said drive wheel comprising a stop and an energy accumulator support which is arranged on the driven shaft and fixed thereto, said energy accumulator support comprising another stop and which has a pivotable clinker which can engage with one of the locks of the locking ring in accordance with the switching position. Said leg spring is arranged in a manner which is concentric about the drive shaft and the driven shaft and supports itself with both free stop ends thereof on the stop of the drive wheel as well as on the stop of the energy accumulator support.
