FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: metal seat is equipped with a direct seal of metal to metal type with a valve body by means of seat shape variation. The latter has the metal edge. The specified edge is designed for interaction with the valve body due to preliminary pressure at the specified edge in process of assembly and as a result of liquid pressure in process of valve operation. The specified edge has a metal circular edge and a circular cavity made under the specified edge and stretching along the axis. The latter is designed to improve elasticity of the edge, on which there is a ledge.EFFECT: expanded range of operating temperatures and elimination of need in additional metal seals between a seat and a valve body.1 cl, 9 dwg |
