According to the present invention, a method for isolating and purifying a target material using magnetic particles comprises the steps of: providing magnetic particles having a reactor or an antigen which selectively binds to the target material and forms on the surface; binding the target material and the magnetic particles by dispersing the magnetic particle to a mixture containing the target material; removing impurities except for the magnetic particles and the target material conjugated with the magnetic particles while the magnetic particles and the target material conjugated with the magnetic particles are restricted by applying a magnetic field to the mixture; separating the target material from the magnetic particles while the magnetic particles and the target material conjugated with the magnetic particles are released by blocking the applied magnetic field; and purifying the target material while the magnetic particles are restricted by applying the magnetic field.
