The present invention relates to cleaning system and method of an ultra filtration membrane separating and concentrating apparatus in a membrane-coupled anaerobic digesting process, specifically, to a membrane separating and concentrating system comprising an anaerobic digester; a concentrator in which a digesting liquid is flowed from the digester; a membrane separating unit; a pressuring pump injecting the digesting liquid to the membrane separating and concentrating unit; and a water tank storing water passed through the membrane separating and concentrating unit. The membrane separating and concentrating unit is equipped in equipment for the membrane-coupled anaerobic digesting process. The cleaning system of the membrane separating and concentrating apparatus comprises: a first pressure measuring unit measuring the pressure value of the digesting liquid at real time by being equipped in the inlet of the membrane separating and concentrating apparatus; a second pressure measuring unit measuring the pressure value of the water ejected from the membrane separating and concentrating apparatus by being equipped in a water outlet of the membrane separating and concentrating apparatus; a cleaning water tank storing the cleaning water; a cleaning pump injecting the cleaning water to the membrane separating and concentrating apparatus; and control means calculating the membrane filtering resistance value by receiving the first and second pressure values at real time, stopping the operation of the pressuring pump and operating the cleaning pump in case the membrane filtering resistance value is over the pre-set value, stopping the cleaning pump and operating the pressuring pump in case the membrane filtering resistance value is below the pre-set value.
