PURPOSE: A system for preparing pre-foamed particles is provided to make pre-foamed particle with a desired magnification without equipping separate plural steam supply lines which can supply temperature matching to respective magnifications. CONSTITUTION: A system for preparing pre-foamed particles(100) comprises: a chamber(10) filled with an expandable polystyrene-based particle; a steam supply line(20) in which an upstream end is connected to a steam source(21), an exhaust air supply line(20) which can blow air into the chamber for cooling pre-foamed particles foamed to a desired magnification and for easily discharging the particles from the chamber; a steam discharge line(50) for discharging steam supplied to the chamber to outside; and a heat exchange air supply line(70) for reducing the temperature of setam from the state not influencing to a steam pressure in the chamber by supplying air of a specific pressure into the chamber. |
