A zone setting system for preventing injustice use and a method thereof are provided to more accurately sense the movement distance than that for injustice use. A wireless module(50) forms the communications channel for transmitting and receiving of the information for the offer of the discount zone service. A proximity sensor(54) senses the moving of corresponding zone setting for preventing injustice use. The controller(56) controls operating power so that the proximity sensor be supplied with the operating voltage from the incidental power part(60) if the electric power supply stopping from the switched mode power supply(58) is generated. A switched mode power supply supplies the power for operating the wireless module and controller. A sub power part supplies the proximity sensor in the electric power supply stopping from the switched mode power supply. |
