DETECTION METHOD OF SENSITIVE GENES FOR LOW-DOSE-RATE RADIATION AND GENES DETECTED BY THIS METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for detecting a gene which is sensitive to low-dose ionizing radiation and a gene detected by the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for detecting a gene which is searched in a cancer-induced individual, is verified in a normal individual, and is sensitive to low-dose ionizing radiation related to suppressing thymic carcinoma by irradiating a cancer-induced AKR/J mouse and a normal ICR mouse with low-dose ionizing radiation and collecting thymuses from the mice; performing microarray of the thymuses and classifying immune and cell apoptotic genes; and amplifying the genes and measuring expression levels of the genes. The method enables accurately detecting a gene which specifically responds to radiation by preventing intervention of confounding variables.
