<p>PURPOSE: A partial heating device and a hot stamping method using the same are provided to produce a product with partial hybrid strength through a blank with a single material by hot-stamping through a partial heating device. CONSTITUTION: A partial heating device(100) comprises a transfer table(120), an induction heating part(140), and a cooling control part(160). The transfer table transfers a blank. The induction heating part inductively heats the blank which is formed to cover one side of the transfer table and for being transferred. The cooling control part applies cold wind for cooling the blank which is formed to cover the other side of the transfer table for being transferred. The cooling control part comprises a heat exchange pipe and a ventilation fan. The ventilation fan compressively transfers the cold wind which exchanges heat with a heat exchange pipe to the surface of the blank.</p> |
