Surface coating on sampling cone of mass spectrometer

摘要

A sampling cone/cone-gas cone/extraction cone of a mass spectrometer is disclosed having a diamond like coating, DLC, thus offering a more robust and less reactive surface for the cone and affording the cone to require less extensive cleaning.
