A device for separating a pallet (B1), whose support plane is crossed by a plurality of grooves (S), from the respective load (C) comprises at least: a platform means (2) which, in an operating condition of the device (1), is vertically movable between an upper feeding condition of the pallet (Bl) with the load (C) and an exit lower condition; a plurality of rod means (3) provided with respective tips and insertable into the grooves (S); translation means (4) fit to carry out a relative translation between the plurality of rod means (3) and the pallet (Bl) with the load (C).
