A display apparatus capable of reliably supporting a display panel and making a juncture between displays inconspicuous is provided. A display (100) includes a liquid crystal panel (11) having a front surface (12) and a back surface (13), a module containing a backlight unit (16) for driving the liquid crystal panel (11), a rear surface side housing (22) for protecting and holding the backlight unit (16), and a convex lens (31) arranged to cover a frame region (14) of the liquid crystal panel (11), for guiding light from the front surface (12) of the liquid crystal panel (11) to a front surface side of the frame region (14) and supporting the liquid crystal panel (11) from the front surface (12).
