The present invention relates to a vacuum suction apparatus for display panels, and, in particular, to a vacuum suction apparatus for display panels, capable of conveniently attaching and detaching glass panels for LCDs and PDPs. The vacuum suction apparatus for display panels according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pipe-shaped rubber body having a mounting device connected to the upper end thereof and a rubber pad attached to the lower end thereof, and vertically arranged thereon; and a pipe guide unit formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pipe-shaped body and made of a rubber material. A part of the outer circumferential surface of the pipe-shaped body has an extensible form; a pipe is connected to the pipe guide and to a vacuum pressure control unit; and therefore, the pad absorbs the panels when vacuum is formed or the pad detaches the panels when the vacuum is released.
