FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medicine, namely to oncology. The prediction of hepatocellular cancer in the patient is ensured by diagnosing hepatic cirrhosis according to the Child-Pugh score, chronic viral hepatitis C, chronic viral hepatitis B, alcoholic hepatitis, hepatic steatosis, chronic calculous cholecystitis, metabolic syndrome, type II diabetes mellitus, determining the Hb level, calculating body weight index (BWI). If observing: hepatic cirrhosis C according to the Child-Pugh score, 10 points are assigned; if observing hepatic cirrhosis B according to the Child-Pugh score, then 8 points are assigned; hepatic cirrhosis A according to the Child-Pugh score requires assigning 6 points; chronic viral hepatitis C - 8 points, chronic viral hepatitis B - 6 points, alcoholic hepatitis - 4 points, hepatic steatosis - 2 points, chronic calculous cholecystitis - 2 points, metabolic syndrome - 4 points, type II diabetes mellitus - 6 points; anaemia, Hb less than 110 g/l - 4 points, BWI more than 30 kg/m- 3 points, BWI 25.0-29.9 kg/m- 2 points, BWI 18.5-24.9 kg/m- 1 point, males - 2 points, females - 1 point, age of 60 and older - 3 points, 50-60 years old - 2 points, less than 50 years old - 1 point. The total score is derived, and if the same is less than 9, a low risk is predicted; if the total score is between 9 to 16, a moderate risk is predicted, and the total score being more than 16 enables predicting a high risk of hepatocellulary cancer.EFFECT: method enables the prediction of hepatocellulary cancer taking into consideration an individual risk scale.1 ex, 1 tbl |
