The present invention relates to apparatus for separating microparticles and a method for separating and collecting the microparticles. The apparatus for separating microparticles separates a plurality of microparticles according to differences in weight or weight density, comprises a microchannel part which has an inlet on one end and an outlet on the other end, includes a plurality of beads, and has a specific length; a supply part which supplies fluid and a plurality of microparticles towards the other end from the one end through the inlet; and a high frequency apply part applying high frequency to the microchannel part in order to vibrate the microparticles. The beads have heavier weight and larger size than those of the microparticles.
