<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-soiling resin composition having good touch which forms a film having both a good touch and anti-soiling ability. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition includes an acrylic polyol containing units consisting of a fluoro-olefin and a reaction-contributing hydroxyl group in an amount of more than 100 mg (KOH/g resin) and less than 230 mg (KOH/g resin) based on an OH value, polymer fine particles, and an isocyanate resin. The polymer fine particles comprise a material selected from among acrylics, urethanes, silicones, polyethylenes, and polypropylenes, has an average particle size of more than 10 μm and less than 20 μm, and accounts for more than 20 mass% and less than 40 mass% of the total resin solid content of the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
