An optical apparatus includes an element substrate (3) on whose surface an optical element (2) is provided; a wiring board (4) disposed so as to face the optical element (2); a sealing member (5) and a conductive member (6) provided between the element substrate (3) and the wiring board (4). The sealing member (5) surrounds and hermetically seals the optical element (2). The conductive member (6) electrically connects the optical element (2) and the wiring board (4). The wiring board (4) has a light-transmitting area transmitting light toword the optical element (2). |
