<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user easily realize a value of a commodity by changing a calculation unit of a price of the repeatedly browsed commodity and displaying it. <P>SOLUTION: In this information provision device, a browsing frequency processing part 161 obtains a frequency at which a Web page is browsed by the user. A price calculation part 163 divides the price of the commodity by a use frequency increasing whenever the frequency of the browsing increases to calculate a price per use. A basic article correspondence number calculation part 164 divides the price per use by a price of a basic article predetermined correspondingly to the commodity to calculate a basic article correspondence number where the price per use is represented by the equivalent number of the basic articles. A Web server function 61 transmits data of the Web page including display data for displaying an effect that a price of the commodity per one-time use is equivalent to the basic articles of the basic article equivalent number to a terminal device of the user.
