<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of improving operability by performing key control of making the most of characteristics of uniquely added keys even in an application of common specifications. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device includes an operating part 16 having a first key group comprising a plurality of keys, and a second key group which does not belong to the first key group; and a control part 12 capable of executing any of a first kind of application operable only by the key belonging to the first key group, and a second kind of application operable by any key of the first and second key groups. When any of the plurality of keys is operated, in executing the second kind of application, the control part generates a key signal corresponding to the operated key, and in executing the first kind of application, the control part generates a key signal corresponding to the operated key if the operated key belongs to the first key group while generating a key signal corresponding to any key of the first key group if the operated key belongs to the second key group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
